assessment fees have been updated and
have changed for all owners, as insurance cost has gone down |

Updated the
budget tab with 2005/2006 budget
numbers, approved at 06/25/05 Annual owner meeting |

Updated the
Unit tab per Annual owner meeting questionnaire Unit 226 Donahue and Unit 324
McCullough have gone from QTR to MON billing cycle |

Note the
last portion of the file name is a date, this portion of the file name should
change with each distribution of the spreadsheet. |

This is
important for disaster recovery and for my archiving of the documents. |

Keep all
tabs saved in the A1 position. |

Only change owner names, assessment costs,
and insurance cost from the unit tab, these values will be automatically

and monitoring/inspection/fixed cost split out on fire sprinkler expenses. |
