3	Major Repairs - Capital but listed here for ease of explanation. (prior years amounts were for window replacement & door replacement/rot repair)

		Ramp 4 work - estimate $2,000
		Regravel and grade parking lot - estimate $2,000
		Change light fixtures - $1,000
		Contingency for additional rot - $5,000
