Sweet & Spicy Grilled Salmon

2 tsp paprika

1 tsp chili powder

¼ tsp cayenne

½ tsp ground cumin

½ tsp salt

1 tbl maple syrup

4 salmon fillets, 6 oz. Each

 

Prepare grill, heating to medium.

Combine first 5 ingredients

Rub fish with paprika mixture.

Place fish on greased grill rack

Grill 7-8 minutes

Brush on maple syrup and grill 1 minute more or until fish flakes when tested with a fork
