Re:        Village Condominium Association Water & Sewer Billing

Per our discussion with Redstone on 03/19/04, this memo authorizes Redstone to begin the direct billing of water and sewer costs to the individual owners of the Bolton Valley Village Condominiums starting 05/01/04. Redstone should not continue to bill the Village Association for water and sewer costs as of 05/01/04.

 

The Village Directors have voted unanimously not to include Water/Sewer billing in our quarterly assessments starting May 2004. The following attachments are included with this memo:

·         Village Condominium Unit Assessment Information

 

Village Condominium Contact List:

This table contains the current quarterly assessment and billing address of all Village Condominium owners. Redstone should use this information for the invoicing of the twenty-one units of both the Village A and B complexes.

 

Village Condominium Unit Assessment Information:

This table contains current information from the Village Association by-laws on the percentage of undivided interest, the number of bedrooms and the total square feet for each unit. Redstone should use this information in the calculation of the water and sewer billing to the individual unit owners.

 

Please provide the following:

 

·         When will the unit owners be invoiced, monthly or quarterly and on what dates

·         A breakdown of the 2004 water and sewer cost for each unit
