It was discussed for the proposed budget to assist in making up a
$5k budget deficit:

board is recommending not to pass along the 2007/2008 insurance cost savings to
the owners
·
To
forgo all the major 2007 projects with the exception of the ramp resurfacing
It was discussed that with the above revisions to the proposed
budget, we should be able to start putting aside monies for the new roof in
three years.
